My passion for people has guided my career through every chapter. Before joining Marlow Design in July 2025, I spent more than twenty years in roles dedicated to service and human connection — from hospitality and administrative coordination to healthcare and senior support. Each experience reinforced the belief that how we treat others shapes not only their day but the meaning of our work.

As the first point of contact at Marlow Design, I feel privileged to welcome clients into some of life's most meaningful moments. Fresh to the jewellery industry, I am inspired every day by the generosity of our talented design and operations teams — their knowledge, skill, and willingness to share make every day a learning opportunity. I feel honoured to be part of a team committed to sincerity, craftsmanship, and a client experience grounded in genuine care — values reflected in each team member and exemplified by Marlow in his leadership every day.

I believe the most rewarding accomplishments are not always seen or measured: a heartfelt reaction, a moment of ease, the feeling of being truly valued. My heart is in making sure that each person who walks through our doors or calls us feels welcome, excited, and genuinely appreciated from the very first hello.

Marketing Lead

My role requires me to be a marketing switchknife. I handle our website and online store, produce content for social media, and execute other day-to-day marketing functions.

My Marlow Design story began in 2020 when my marketing agency at the time, Class Act Media, landed a contract to support Marlow with video series. From there, the professional partnership evolved to marketing management services, and eventually into my now full-time dream job.

What I love most about working at Marlow Design - aside from seeing beautiful jewellery and proposal stories daily - is our team’s culture. Everyone looks out for one another and wants each other to succeed, which is reflected in our high success rate of satisfied clients and the moments we’ve helped make happen.

An avid hiker, I summited most major peaks in the Bow Valley. Forever an English Major, I aim to read a book a week. When I'm not hiking, reading or writing poetry, I'm cooking my way through my culinary bucket list or playing around with investing.

I'm a mother to one lively little girl with a baby boy coming in fall 2026. I will return from my maternity leave on November 2027.
