My passion for people has guided my career through every chapter. Before joining Marlow Design in July 2025, I spent more than twenty years in roles dedicated to service and human connection — from hospitality and administrative coordination to healthcare and senior support. Each experience reinforced the belief that how we treat others shapes not only their day but the meaning of our work.
As the first point of contact at Marlow Design, I feel privileged to welcome clients into some of life's most meaningful moments. Fresh to the jewellery industry, I am inspired every day by the generosity of our talented design and operations teams — their knowledge, skill, and willingness to share make every day a learning opportunity. I feel honoured to be part of a team committed to sincerity, craftsmanship, and a client experience grounded in genuine care — values reflected in each team member and exemplified by Marlow in his leadership every day.
I believe the most rewarding accomplishments are not always seen or measured: a heartfelt reaction, a moment of ease, the feeling of being truly valued. My heart is in making sure that each person who walks through our doors or calls us feels welcome, excited, and genuinely appreciated from the very first hello.
