Restyle your jewellery
Precious gems and metals can very easily become the building blocks to a brand new piece. At Marlow Design, we have made the process as simple as possible to accommodate your needs.
Initial consultation
During your appointment, our team will appraise your jewellery and discuss the options available to you. Depending on a number of factors, one of three options is typically available:
3D Design and wax model
For most custom designs, we'll present a 3D render, giving you a lifelike glimpse of the final piece. After your approval, you'll receive a comprehensive quote.
The turnaround time for custom jewellery is usually 3-6 weeks, but we do accommodate rush orders where possible.
Delivery and celebration
Once your masterpiece is ready, we'll arrange pick-up at our studio or arrange for express delivery. Inside a meticulously chosen box, you'll discover not only your crafted beauty but also a special Marlow Design pouch and warranty information.
