Share your story
Schedule a virtual or in-person meeting at our Calgary studio, located in Ramsay. Upon arrival, check in on the iPad and enjoy refreshments in our lounge.
We’ll discuss the occasion, your ideas, browse the Marlow Design Collection, and advise on whether a pre-made or custom piece is best for you.
Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday - Friday from 10am - 6pm. For the best experience, we highly encourage you to book a visit.

3D Design and wax model
For most custom designs, we'll present a 3D render, giving you a lifelike glimpse of the final piece. A detailed wax model can be sent for close inspection. After your approval, you'll receive a comprehensive quote.
The turnaround time for custom jewellery and the Marlow Design Collection is usually 3-6 weeks, but we do accommodate rush orders where possible. Catalogue items often arrive within 4-7 business days.
Delivery and celebration
Once your masterpiece is ready, we'll arrange pick-up at our studio or arrange for express delivery. Inside a meticulously chosen box, you'll discover not only your crafted beauty but also a special Marlow Design pouch and warranty information.
