All products purchased from Marlow Design come with a lifetime warranty. This covers repair work and material replacement for any issues that are a direct cause of neglect from the manufacturer, Marlow Design, or our trusted couriers.

If any diamonds or non-fragile gemstones are chipped, cracked, or get lost during normal wear, we will replace them with a stone of equal or higher value. Your warranty also covers repairs or replacements for porosity of metal, heat scarring, chain and shank failure (at our discretion). 

Please note that impact damage, alteration by owner or unapproved goldsmith, and personal damage, as deemed by Marlow Design, will void your Lifetime Jewellers Warranty. 

A yearly inspection, conducted by either Marlow Design or an approved goldsmith, is required to maintain your warranty. 

Get 20% off jewellery maintenance

As a thank you to our clients, we offer a special discount of 20% of all maintenance services for jewellery purchased from Marlow Design. This includes retipping, resizing, setting, soldering, replating of white gold, polishing, and replacement of stones lost from personal damage.

Easy returns and exchanges

Shop with confidence knowing that refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, as long as the piece hasn't been altered or is a custom designed jewellery piece. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.

Custom quality guarantee

We strive to ensure that your jewellery looks just as perfect in person as it did in your imagination. While we don’t offer refunds on custom designs, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. We will make alterations to the final piece at our expense until it meets your original expectations and brings you complete satisfaction.

Diamond price match

If you find your perfect diamond elsewhere, it may qualify for our diamond price match program. Send us its pricing and qualification details. We can then either source that exact stone if it’s from an online supplier or locate a comparable one for you. This allows you to benefit from our expertise in determining its suitability and ensures you're covered by our warranty.
