Whether it’s choosing the perfect piece from the Marlow Design Collection or taking your custom idea from concept to a timeless piece, we’re here to help.
We are happy to meet over phone, email, virtually, or in-person at our studio. Walk-ins are available Tuesday-Friday from 10am-6pm. However, we highly recommend scheduling a session to ensure personalized attention from our team.
The virtual experience

Book a 10-minute appointment for inquiries, or a 45-minute appointment for a complimentary consultation.
Expert guidance
Receive advice on everything from diamond cuts to gemstones, bands, metals, and stacking options. We’ll also take you through the Marlow Design Collections catalogue, so you can view the gemstones and precious metals in our showroom.
Curated advice
We take everything into consideration before making personalized recommendations, placing your interests above all else.
Perfect custom designs
You’ll be provided with a 3D render and wax model so that you can review every detail. Production doesn’t start until the design meets your vision.
Hassle-free pick up or express delivery
Once complete, your order will be ready for pick-up at our Calgary studio, or we can express deliver it to you with free shipping within Canada. Your order will be packaged in a beautiful box and comes with a signature Marlow Design carrying pouch.
