Choose a 10-minute inquiry call or a 45-minute complimentary design consultation. We meet you where you are phone, video, or email.
Step 2
Expert Guidance & Curated Advice
Receive advice on everything from diamond cuts to gemstones, bands, metals, and stacking options. We’ll also take you through the Marlow Design Collections catalogue, so you can view the gemstones and precious metals in our showroom.
We take everything into consideration before making personalized recommendations, placing your interests above all else.
Step 3
Perfect Custom Designs
You’ll be provided with a 3D render and wax model so that you can review every detail. Production doesn’t start until the design meets your vision.
Step 4
Hassle-free pick up or express delivery
Once complete, your order will be ready for pick-up at our Calgary studio, or we can express deliver it to you with free shipping within Canada. Your order will be packaged in a beautiful box and comes with a signature Marlow Design carrying pouch.
If your piece falls short, we’ll make alterations at our cost.
