Office Administrator & Receptionist (Full-time)

Location: 1900 11 St SE Unit 105, Calgary, AB T2G 3G2

Be the welcoming face of a one-of-a-kind custom jewellery experience.

We're seeking a full-time Office Administrator & Receptionist who is organized, personable, and loves being part of a dynamic team. 

You'll be the first impression for clients and the behind-the-scenes organizer that helps everything run smoothly.

Your Role:

  • Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage appointment bookings and incoming communications.
  • Provide light administrative support (filing, inventory updates, etc.).
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting front office environment.
  • Support designers, sales and operations team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous admin or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-focused.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
