We're seeking a full-time Office Administrator & Receptionist who is organized, personable, and loves being part of a dynamic team.
You'll be the first impression for clients and the behind-the-scenes organizer that helps everything run smoothly.
Your Role:
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment bookings and incoming communications.
- Provide light administrative support (filing, inventory updates, etc.).
- Maintain a tidy and inviting front office environment.
- Support designers, sales and operations team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous admin or receptionist experience preferred.
- Organized, punctual, and detail-focused.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
