Lead Operations Manager

My career began in 2003 in Central Asia’s emerging markets, where I worked across product design, customer experience, and client retention. I supported project management and administrative coordination for the Marketing and Corporate Strategy teams, building direct relationships with customers and consistently exceeding their expectations through thoughtful product design and transformative experiences. I then moved into business analytics and operational excellence, working in telecommunications and, for a decade, with global luxury brands across Western Canada.

Managing several prestigious luxury houses in Calgary, I partnered with a talented team to craft transformational in-store journeys, oversee inventory and records analysis, and cultivate authentic, transparent relationships with both loyal patrons and new clients.

Today at Marlow Design, I collaborate closely with our creative team on strategic and operational initiatives. The privilege of being part of our clients’ personal stories — helping them wear their most meaningful moments with pride and joy — is what continues to inspire my work.

Client Experience Manager

After earning my Bachelor's degree in Administration in Kyiv, Ukraine, I began my career in journalism, where I spent three years helping people share their stories and feel heard. With a natural passion for communication and community, I later worked as a Volunteer and Community Coordinator at the non-profit organization Mareena in Košice, Slovakia, supporting migrants as they settled into a new chapter of their lives.

I joined Marlow Design as a Receptionist, and my strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and positive attitude soon led me into the role of Operations and Project Manager.

Inspired by Western pop culture, music, and dance, I bring creativity, energy, and warmth into everything I do. My goal is to support people in meaningful ways—whether by helping clients with their dream jewellery piece creation or by building genuine, personal connections with my team.
